Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a treatment for a number of often serious conditions that involves breathing 100% oxygen in a pressurized chamber. The pressurization allows for greater oxygen absorption in the body and hyperoxygenates the blood plasma in ways other treatments cannot. As your blood carries the oxygen throughout your body, it helps fight bacteria and stimulates the release of growth factors and stem cells, which promote healing. We offer hyperbaric oxygen therapy from 1.5-3.0 ATA in a hard shell chamber.

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic Massage is mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues.

Low-Level Laser Therapy

Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) is an infrared beam of light that penetrates into the body providing pain relief, reducing injury damage and loss of function by facilitating more rapid and stronger healed tissue structure.

Active Isolated Stretching

Performing an Active Isolated Stretch (AIS) of no longer than two seconds allows the target muscles to optimally lengthen without triggering the protective stretch reflex and subsequent reciprocal antagonistic muscle contraction as the isolated muscle achieves a state of relaxation. These stretches provide maximum benefit and can be accomplished without opposing tension or resulting trauma.

Red Light Therapy

Red Light Therapy (RLT) is a treatment that may help skin, muscle tissue, and other parts of your body heal. It exposes you to low levels of red or near-infrared light. Infrared light is a type of energy your eyes can’t see, but your body can feel as heat.
